This is a massive 10" wide and 27" long cradle with 5 arms to hold the meat.
All 21 lbs of it are 304 stainless steel.
Meat needs to spin on its access to spin smaller pieces you need to change the depth of the basket.. $285
10" Cradle is blue for big cuts/chunks of meat and small piggies etc
This comes with the 8" and 6" reducers.. (See black image)
8" reducer is yellow for turkeys and rib roasts,
6" reducer is orange for chickens and smaller cuts
