At 42 lbs it has the thermal mass to keep cooking without losing heat.
Heat transfer formula is designed for medium to thick pizza crusts and bread.
**For now, we can only supply baking stones with grill deliveries. We are going to need to make a special "after purchase/out with UPS box" for the baking stones.. Our standard boxes are not designed to be tossed around by the gorillas that obviously work for UPS. They are arriving broken as often as intact.
