Gas Burner Assembly for 23" Ultimate
This is the gas burner assembly. The 23" Ultimate has a gas frame/door on the rear side of the grill at 1:30. This burner slide in and out using the guide tubes just like the front draft door. Because it burns under the charcoal basket it's not really used as a lighter unless you want to light for a high temp cook. This burner works great to pre-heat/heat soak a very cold to frozen grill. Best used with an adjustable regulator, it can create 2" blue flames and the sound of a rocket ship..
