This is the new baking stone which completely fills the 23" Ultimate's upper grate.The ultimate baking stone..  Weights in at a whopping 23 lbs

Heat transfer formula is designed for medium to thick pizza crusts and breads..

**For now, we can only supply baking stones with grill deliveries.  We are going to need to make a special "after purchase/out with UPS box" for the baking stones.. Our standard boxes are not designed to be tossed around by the gorillas that obviously work for UPS.  They are arriving broken as often as intact.
